Our founder
Hi, I’m Christina. I specialise in helping individuals move beyond stress, burnout, and anxiety into a grounded, vibrant, and deeply authentic way of living. I’ve never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach — because we are each a sum of many parts. Using just one modality has never resonated with me. You are complex, layered, sensitive, and whole — and your healing deserves a space that honours all of you. As a Wellness Life Coach and Psychotherapist, I draw from an integrated range of evidence-based and holistic modalities including depth psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, mindfulness, psycho-cybernetics, fitness and movement principles, and foundational nutrition.
This blend allows us to work together in a way that is tailored, practical, and deeply transformative — supporting not just your mind, but your body, your energy, your behaviour patterns, and your inner world. Whether online, in person, or through a walking session, my work centres on helping you reconnect with yourself, rebuild inner safety, and create meaningful, lasting change.
