My work is grounded in a simple truth: you can appear capable on the outside while something deeper within is asking for your attention. And the longer it’s ignored, the louder it becomes.

Real change begins with understanding the patterns driving that disconnection — and building more supportive ways to care for your mind, body, and nervous system each day.
