About Sense Of Self

- Rebecca Campbell (Light is the new black)
This work isn’t just about responding to stress and burnout, it’s about building the foundations that help overwhelmed minds stay well, steady, and connected to themselves.
Modern life can leave you mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, physically depleted, and disconnected from yourself. Stress, burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm do more than drain your energy, they can pull you away from your needs, values, boundaries, and inner voice.
At Sense of Self Wellbeing, we help you understand the patterns behind that disconnection and build practical, sustainable ways to support yourself each day. Through a grounded, integrative approach, you can feel steadier in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself again.
I meet you where you are, offering practical tools, grounded support, and insight to help you move beyond stress, burnout, and anxiety into a more steady, clear, and energised way of living.
Because when you learn how to support yourself differently, everything begins to shift.

Our founder
Hi, I’m Christina.
I’m a psychotherapist and coach with a deep interest in what helps us feel well, connected and fully alive. My work brings together psychotherapy, coaching, depth psychology and evidence-informed wellbeing to support people navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, life transitions and the moments when something in life simply no longer feels like it fits.
My work is not only about reducing distress, but about reclaiming vitality — reconnecting with the energy, resilience, confidence and sense of self that allow us to engage more fully with our lives.
Together, we explore the thoughts, habits, emotional patterns and ways of relating that shape how you experience yourself and the world around you. With greater awareness comes greater choice: the opportunity to strengthen self-trust, reconnect with what matters, and create ways of living that feel healthier, more authentic and sustainable.
My approach considers both our inner psychological world and the everyday conditions that support wellbeing — including sleep, movement, nutrition, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, social connection, creativity, self-expression and time in nature.
I’m particularly interested in the relationship between vitality and identity: how we continue to grow, adapt, express ourselves and reinvent our lives through periods of change.
For me, wellbeing is not simply about coping better. It is about cultivating the conditions that help us flourish, feel more like ourselves and become more fully alive.
