Hi, I’m Christina.
I help people move beyond stress, burnout, anxiety, and overwhelm into a more grounded, clear, and steady way of living.
My work is based on a simple but often overlooked truth: when life becomes fast, demanding, and high-pressure, it’s possible to keep functioning on the outside while becoming disconnected from yourself underneath.
I take an integrative approach — combining psychotherapy, psychology, nervous system regulation, somatic and embodiment practices, nature-based therapy, and practical tools — supporting your mind, body, and sense of self as a whole.
This work is supported by foundational wellbeing practices, including movement, nutrition, habits, and daily rhythms that help restore energy, clarity, and long-term stability.
I support people navigating emotional dis-regulation, overthinking, mental overload, high-functioning overwhelm, life transitions, un-healthy relationship patterns, and coping behaviours that no longer serve them.
Sessions are available online, in person, or as walk-and-talk sessions in nature — helping you feel steady, think clearly, and stay connected to yourself in a way that lasts.
